If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. All queries must be accompanied with a photo.

Return Policy
Non-returnable food items
Our team at Tattvana takes great pride and care in our healthy snacks. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for perishable products or opened boxes.
Quality review
Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and shipping partner to address the issue.
Shipping delays
If the shipment is delayed by UPS, FedEx, another shipping partner, or factors beyond our control, we cannot issue a refund.
Cancellation after order
If an order is canceled after placement, we can cancel it only if it has not been processed. Once processed, a 20% restocking fee applies.
Returned products
We must receive the product back when a return applies. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes because of food safety and sanitary protocols.
Refunds and store credit
For products that can be returned, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund. Store credit applies only to our online store and product cost, not shipping, taxes or handling fees.
